Absolutely! We have size charts for each apparel type that we offer and we have guides on how to measure your body correctly to find the perfect size.

All size guides are on each product pages just above the Add to Cart button.

For your convenience, we encourage you to settle your payments as soon as possible. But your orders are reserved for 2 working days after you ordered.

While we are constantly updating our catalog to bring you new products, we do restock on those items that have high demand. If there's an item that you wish to be brought back, send us a message - we'll see what we can do. :)

You add quantity or remove items that are already in your shopping bag by simply clicking on the bag icon on the top right corner.

If you haven't settled for the payment yet, we can still modify your order. Simply email us at stromathleticsph@gmail.com with Change Order as your subject and include your Name, Order Number, and items you wish to add or remove. Requests are still subject for approval due to availability.

We ship anywhere in the country. That includes both Metro Manila and most Provinces except:

Batanes, Bukidnon, Davao Oriental, Dinagat Islands, Guimaras, Ifugao, Lanao del Sur, Mountain Province, Sulu, Quirino, Sarangani, Siquijor, South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sulu

We want our customers to receive their orders immediately - so as soon as we receive the payment for an order, we go ahead and pack it to be picked up by our partner courier.

Metro Manila: 1-3 working days

Provincial: 3-7 working days


Yes, absolutely! You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Just click the Track Order button and you will be redirected to our Tracking page where you can see the status of your shipment.

You can also opt-in to get email updates for real-time delivery status change.

Our delivery operates from Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays. The standard delivery time is between 9 AM to 10 PM

In the event that delivery fails, you will receive a message via email or SMS to reschedule your delivery. The soonest you may reschedule your delivery would be the next working day.

If you have been waiting past beyond the ETA (Metro Manila: 1-3 working days, Provincial: 3-7 working days), you can check the status of your delivery by checking it on our Tracking page with your tracking number.

If for some reason you didn't receive any tracking updates from us about your order, please feel free to send us an email at stromathleticsph@gmail.com with your Order number and we'd be glad to take care of it for you.

If you're not at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will try to call you who then may prompt you to reschedule your delivery to a more convenient date.

Kindly take note that our courier allows a maximum of 3 attempts before returning the item back to our office. 

Should the 3rd attempt fail, you will be charged for the re-delivery which is equal to the delivery fee you initially paid.

Returns and exchanges

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please send us an email immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:  

● Your order number

● The name of the item you did not receive

● A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo 

Unfortunately, no. We want our customers to receive their orders immediately - so as soon as we receive the payment for an order, we go ahead and pack it to be picked up by our courier partner.
