Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Apparel must have hangtags attached.
Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 3 days of delivery.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER (ON THE WEBSITE)
1. Choose Your Product
Navigate through the website and click Add to Bag button on the items your wish to purchase. To review your orders, click the Bag link on the upper right corner of the website.
2. Review Bag
To add more products to your bag, click the X button on the bag drawer.
To add/subtract the quantity of an item, use the Quantity column to change or remove the quantity of a product.
Once satisfied with your items, click Check Out to proceed to the next stage in the checkout process.
3. Email & Shipping Information
Fill in your email address and shipping information. This is where you want your product shipped or delivered to. Next click Continue to Shipping Method.
4. Shipping Method
Select the shipping method that is applicable to your area. Then click Continue to Payment Method.
For Cash On Delivery, select the Cash on Delivery options on both Shipping Option and Payment Option.
5. Payment Method
For Debit/Credit Card, please choose Paypal.
Choose your preferred payment method then click Complete Order.
6. Settle Your Payment
When paying thru GCash, please include your order number in the notesso that we can confirm your payment and process your order. A text will be sent with your order’s tracking number once shipped.
